Welcome to Abbraccionese Maine Coon Cattery (mainecoonland.com). By browsing this website, submitting an adoption application, or interacting with our cattery, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

Adoption Application & Priority Waiting List

• Submitting an adoption application does not guarantee the approval or placement of a kitten.
• Joining our Priority Waiting List is completely free of charge. No upfront fees are required to secure a place in line for upcoming litters.
• Position on the waiting list is determined strictly by the date of your application approval.

Mandatory Video Call Requirement

• To ensure a perfect personality match and safeguard the well-being of our kittens, a live video introduction (via FaceTime, Zoom, or an equivalent platform) is a mandatory step in our adoption process.
• No kitten can be reserved, and no deposit will be accepted, prior to the successful completion of this video call.

Reservation Deposits

• Once a specific kitten is chosen and confirmed during or following the live video call, a $300 reservation deposit is required to hold that kitten.
• This $300 deposit is fully applied toward the final adoption fee of your kitten.
• Reservation deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your specific kitten and remove them from availability to other families.

Right of Refusal

As a responsible, premium, family-run cattery, we prioritize the health and happiness of our animals above all else.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse an adoption to any applicant, at any stage of the process prior to the signing of the final adoption contract, without providing an explanation.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, videos, and photographs of our kittens and parent cats, is the exclusive intellectual property of Abbraccionese Maine Coon Cattery. Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction of this material is strictly prohibited.

All information, images, and guarantees listed on this website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding legal offer. Final terms, health guarantees, and conditions are strictly governed by the official Kitten Purchase Contract signed by both parties.
