Meet Our Maine Coon Kings & Queens

Our Maine Coon breeding parents are at the heart of our breeding program in Westfield, Indiana.

We select each king and queen with attention to health history, pedigree, structure, temperament, and breed type.

Every breeding cat is health screened, including DNA testing for 50+ genetic conditions, with additional breed-specific health evaluations (HCM, hip dysplasia screening, and more).

Explore each parent below for titles, temperament, and health-testing details.

What We Look for in Our Breeding Parents

Health & Pedigree

Before a cat enters our breeding program, we look closely at health history and pedigree. Our screening includes DNA testing for 50+ genetic conditions, together with HCM and hip screening.
Structure & Temperament

We also evaluate Maine Coon breed type, bone structure, temperament, and how each cat develops in everyday family life. Titles and European bloodlines add useful context, but no single trait defines a breeding parent.

Our Approach to Long-Term Health Is Personal

Our first family Maine Coon is now eight years old and remains part of our daily family life. Living with him shaped the way we think about breeding: long-term health, stable temperament, and responsible decisions matter far beyond the day a kitten goes home.

Every Kitten Develops as an Individual

Our kings and queens shape the litters we plan, but they do not predetermine every kitten. Genetics, early development, environment, and individual temperament all play a role.

Once kittens are born, I watch their personalities develop over time. This helps me match approved families with a Maine Coon whose temperament fits their home, lifestyle, and expectations.

When a kitten’s personality starts to emerge, the story begins to shift from our breeding program to your family.

That’s where the adoption process begins — with time to get to know each other, ask questions, and move forward step by step.
